Campbell’s Spaghetti Pie

About: Tender spaghetti forms a crust that’s filled with a kicked up beef-mushroom-tomato sauce and LOTS of cheese in this creative main dish.

Prep Time- 25 minutes      Bake Time- 1 hour               Serves- 6

What You Will Need-
1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
1 cup Prego Spaghetti Sauce
5 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp Butter, melted
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

DIRECTIONS-
Step 1- Brown meat in 10-inch skillet, pour off fat. Stir picante sauce and pasta sauce into skillet and cook until hot and bubbly.

Step 2- Stir the cooked spaghetti, parmesan cheese, egg, and butter in a medium bowl. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a round pie dish. Spread the ricotta cheese in the spaghetti shell. Top with beef mix.

Step 3- Bake at 350 for 30 minute or until  bubbly. Add Mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle with more Parmesan Cheese. Let stand 5 minutes.

March 14, 2015- Doritos Pie

About- This is a GREAT meal AND it all comes together in about 30 minutes from start to finish. If you like Doritos, you will like this recipe!

Prep Time- 30 minutes            Bake Time- 10 minutes           Serves- 6

What You Will Need:
1 pound Ground Beef; browned, drained
14oz can Pinto Beans; drained
12 oz. jar Taco Sauce
8 oz. bag Doritos; crushed
16 oz. Sour Cream
2 cups Shredded Mexican-blend Cheese

DIRECTIONS-
Step 1- Brown ground beef- drain fat. Place back in skillet, add pinto beans and taco sauce. Cook until mix is hot throughout.

Step 2- Spray oblong baking dish (meatloaf dish) with non-stick spray. Twice layer Doritos, Ground Beef mix, Sour Cream,  and Cheese. Omitting the Sour Cream on the second layer.

Step 3- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted!
